Background

This four-bedroom, 660 square-metre house is set on acreage and includes a three-car garage, sauna, helipad and an impressive level of home automation.
 
The owner of the house made it clear from the word go that he wanted as much automation as was required to aid his busy lifestyle. Contractors were instructed to provide ease-of-use entertainment systems with high levels of security throughout the large property. The systems used carefully integrated intercom, lighting, security, audio/ visual and control.
