Intelligent lighting

Dynalite lighting control exists in all areas of the property, which has proved tremendously useful in a property of this size.

Each room has a 10-button Dynalite control keypad, which allows for 10 different lighting scenes per room. In the home theatre, for example, a 'movie' button dims the lights as the movie comes on, and in the bedroom a 'good night' button switches off all lights in the house at bedtime.

Lighting is also controlled by an interactive voice response system (IVR-8), which allows the owner to switch lights on with his voice as he enters the home. The system controls up to eight devices and is designed for the remote control of electrical products via the public telephone network (similar concept to phone banking).
