Introduction

Rowville-based New Wave Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd won the award for their work on the 5-acre property. The smart wired contractor heading up the project, Jeremy Reeves, was tasked with the job of designing all aspects of the home automation, from intelligent lighting to integrated security.

"My own house is fully automated and the client liked many aspects of what he saw there, so he handed me a set of plans and said this is the house I'm building, can you design the automation. He wanted the best of everything, and I'm happy to say he is very pleased with the end result."
