Introduction

Owner Kevin Guppy had his eye to the future when he designed this North Coogee home.

"When we built this home, we had it pre-wired because we saw it as an investment for the future," he says.

"In our last home we put in some of the wiring after we moved in, so we decided this time around we would really think through our requirements ahead of time. We planned the project by deciding on what we needed now, as well as what we might need down the track.

"It is a lot easier to plug things into an existing system then try and put the system in ? the backbone is there ready to go."
