"My business is as an electrical and refrigeration contractor, so I have wired lots of homes previously but this has been our biggest project to date," says Wriggley.

"We tried to future proof the home as much as possible, for example we wired for a security system even though we didn't put one in. We even put a data point behind the fridge in case the next home owners want one of those new fridges with internet connections, where you can order your groceries online."
