Introduction

Owner Jason Springate, of Springate Constructions, built the home for himself, his wife and children, aged 3 and 7 years. They wanted a house that would suit their lifestyle while demonstrating to potential clients their commitment to quality and innovation.

By incorporating the latest smart wired technology with a striking contemporary design, they have created a functional and luxurious home.

The technology has made entertaining simple, as does the layout of the home, which is split over four levels and modeled on a beach house. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms and glass walls and windows bring an abundance of natural light into the house.

To achieve the desired beach house style, the striking front elevation with its two entrances features glass paneling, subtle Art Deco detailing and the use of Spanish sandstone on the exterior and interior staircase wall.
